Have life, be alive, happen, occur, take place

Posing no difficulty; requiring little effort
 
Correct Form:
Physical Fitness- doing the “right” movement!
Mental Fitness- having the “right” thoughts and thinking!
Emotional Fitness- feeling the “right” emotions!
Energy Fitness- having the “right” purpose!
 
Enjoyable:
Filled with happiness, joy, contentment, and jubilant!
