The experience at G.I.F.T. Fitness is unlike any other. Let’s start by defining what experience means. We will describe two meanings, the first being a direct observation of or participation in events as a basis of knowledge. Experience also represents the fact or state of having been affected by or gained knowledge through direct observation or participation. Location of G.I.F.T. Fitness you can expect to find skilled trainers with an understanding and awareness of the exercise system, but also correct form and movement. Our philosophy is that everything we do in life must be easy correct, and enjoyable. We focus on the exercise quality of movement repetition and movement mastery. We do what’s hard, and it feels hard until it feels easy. We understand and develop strong muscles and body composition, but we take it further into creating body awareness.
Present Mind and body connection as exercises and movements that help students know when an exercise is correct, what rep they should go up to, and what should be the maximum weight of the day depending on the variables that life throws us all daily. Next comes mental fitness with a library throughout the gym that encourages students to open books and take books home, whatever they need to strengthen their minds and expand their wisdom and knowledge. These Books in the library cover all walks of life, from fitness, self-help, business, psychology, autobiographies, etc., to educate and expand students' minds in all different walks of life. Good human-quality relationships are the next focus that we teach through emotional fitness. We develop an environment and culture where it has become a melting pot of successful and highly skilled individuals from all walks and areas of life that come together to share great ideas and superb dialogues. Similar to stoicism philosophy, where all the great minds and philosophers met to share great ideas and thinking. Incredible family and community that constantly push for bigger and better thinking. A place where people don’t go to fit in but go because they belong. They are free to be who they are or discover who they are—an environment of fitness of no judgment and only understanding. Everyone seeks to understand each other viewpoints, philosophies, and ways of life—a place where compassion, empathy, wisdom, and kindness are the norm. People only equip and encourage each other to be the best versions of themselves in and outside the gym. Lastly, we have energetic fitness, which is what we do for others and what we contribute to the family communities, townships cities. Where we come either together or individually and help Organize events of giving and inspiration either through schools, nonprofit organizations, and community events with the purpose of health, happiness, and inspiration. To share the principles and values that have worked for us or to give a helping hand to anyone in need. G.I.F.T. Fitness' overall experience includes people from all different walks of life and show and model what is possible when people have progress and contributions in their hearts. One of the most extraordinary and unique experiences on earth.
