The magic of G.I.F.T. Fitness lies in our philosophy: easy, correct and enjoyable! That’s the work that we do, that plants a seed of magic in everyone that comes through the door at G.I.F.T. Fitness. The eighth wonder of the world, it’s a special place that has changed the perception of fitness that says it needs to be hard, painful, and unenjoyable. The magic of G.I.F.T. Fitness is that it makes the experience of exercising easy and when done correctly, enjoyable! The fact that people have learned the magic of exercising, nutrition, and wellness is the key driver for what G.I.F.T. Fitness does. Now let's break down the Magic’s. 


First, we start with everything we do must be easy. You ask how it is that physical fitness can be easy. It’s what happens when you focus on engagement and hospitality right when you first step through the door. Meaning it’s easy to feel welcomed as soon as you enter the energy. Next, the systems procedures, practices, and finally, the process has been developing for five years, tried and tested through time to find the easiest path to the desired results. G.I.F.T. exercise practices with the principles of habit forming, attention to detail on movements, and lastly, development of awareness of what an individual can and can’t do.


Second, we talk about correct form. When we speak about attention to detail to movement, it's a vital ingredient to the magic. When we do it correctly, we achieve better results by using a full range of motion and a foundational movement process that increases vitality, strength, and body composition development. Second, we don’t have to worry about injuries which often set most people back, or some never return to think that they have something wrong with them for the rest of their lives.


The last and most crucial part of the magic is that it’s enjoyable! The idea is that when we exercise and do fitness, it’s fun, exciting, and joyful. What happens when you enjoy what you do and the systems you practice? That allows us to get better at our exercises and movement patterns. Aristotle said it best “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.” Then Einstein noted that simplicity is genius. What happens when we combine these two great concepts with exercising? 


Then let’s talk about the environment and the magic of the people in those environments and how they feed us great emotional energy. G.I.F.T. Fitness is where great minds gather, a community who are beginning avid and voracious readers who are out to practice what they read. What kind of magic in an environment and community like that? I can tell you a place where supermodels and superleaders reside who bring magic to the world by modeling and doing the right thing all the time.

The magic formula is easy to correct and enjoyable, but ask yourself this, what happens when you decide that everything in life must be easy, correct, and enjoyable? This philosophy, if you transfer it to everything else in your life, examples being family, relationships, vocations, passions, purpose, dreams, careers, etc… What kind of magical world will we live in?
